❓When will I receive my order?

We're doing everything we can to deliver to you quickly 📦

  • Order processing : within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping : Once shipped, your order is delivered within 5 to 9 working days on average, for Europe / within 7 to 10 working days for French overseas departments and territories and within 7 to 12 working days (depending on the destination) for Africa.

⏳ During periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may exceptionally take up to 5 working days .

Our parcels are delivered to your home without going to a collection point .

📬 You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We work with several warehouses and manufacturers, so it is possible that your order may arrive in several separate packages .

  • Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days .
  • Some parcels may take a little longer , especially international ones.

📦 Not received after 35 business days?
We will give you a full refund, and you can keep the item if it arrives afterwards.

✏️ Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders very quickly , usually within 12 hours .
You therefore have 12 hours after purchase to send us a request for modification or cancellation.

⏳ After this period, the items are already being shipped and we will no longer be able to modify the order .
